The Wash

Not impressed. Bought the premium membership and then the kid working immediately tells me to make sure my cars straight before I pull in he don't wanna be responsible for me crashing my car and he just started...not how this works but whatever. Now on 2 different days middle afternoon after 1pm I pull up to get a wash but it's like no one's there door open and the brushes are spinning but not an employee in sight even after sitting for a few minutes and then doing a u turn in the driveway sill no one. I guess I'm gonna see about getting my membership money back to spend elsewhere

Quick and easy access on and off of 126. Friendly service. Get the membership, it's worth it if you care about keeping your vehicle clean. Dowside is max 7' 2" clearance, so no oversized vehicles here.

I am new to car washes and I liked that they had attendants who started the process with a hose and a big scrub brush and who were kind even when asked silly questions 🙂 They also had a lot of signage and big arrows to help me know where to go. They have a membership program which I might consider and I'm happy they didn't try to push. I would like to get a hand wash and detailing when I have more time. I got the $18 (best) automatic wash and also took advantage of their complimentary vacuums. I found them easy to use and included a photo. I included a video to help show what kind of machine they have since I've seen some variations.

First off I'd like to say I love to give good gratitude to thouse who deserve it. Overall this place is a great place to get your car washed , if you want the interior done, id say go somewhere else or do it yourself. I asked the employee who I gave my keys to please pay good attention to the doors, dash and side of center console , the only thngs i asked about was not touched at all. I can wipe my finger across my door and wipe off the dirt with barley touching it. I'm not too mad because it gives me less to do. Looked like half of the employees were doing their job and the other half was standing around.

We paid $29.99 for the Platinum Detail and while the outside looked good, with the exception of one tire that was missed and the running boards, they failed to clean the interior. The dashboard, inside of doors, the outside mirrors and inside rearview mirror, windows, inside of doors and missed vacuuming the back seats and the floors. We could have done a better job ourselves. Very, very disappointed. Not to mention, they forgot cleaning products in our car. Will not go back and do not recommend.
